Our Church Leadership

Pastors & Staff

Jeremy Phipps

Lead Pastor

"Pastor Jeremy comes to us from York, PA where he previously served as the pastor of two Global Methodist congregations. Before that, he served in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, where he has spent most of his life. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of eight and was baptized in a Church of the Brethren congregation. From his teenage years into his twenties, he has been involved in worship ministry with Pentecostal and Charismatic churches, playing piano, bass, and guitar, as well as leading congregational worship before accepting his call to pastoral ministry in 2020. Jeremy also currently serves the Northeast Annual Conference as a member of the Worship Team and as vice-chair of the Camping Ministry Team. In addition to his ministry work, he is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. His wife, Laurel–who has a background in Christian Education and ministry–accepted her call to ordained ministry and has begun her journey at Asbury. Jeremy and Laurel bring with them a passion for seeing the transformative power of the Holy Spirit at work in the lives of people and desire to help form them into disciples of Jesus who not only actively participate in the inner life of the church but are empowered by the Holy Spirit to go out into the world to be agents of the Gospel who proclaim salvation, healing, and deliverance in His name! Currently, they share their home with their beloved Australian Shepherd, Samson, and their two cats, Ally and Sombra. They are both passionate about worship music and it is not uncommon to find them singing together with Jeremy at the piano or on the guitar. They are both excited and grateful for this opportunity to serve Jesus with all of you!"

Julie Nagel

Music Director

PMC has been my church family since I was a child. My childhood years are heavily infused with memories of attending Sunday school and church, youth group, and playing the piano. Throughout the years, I have served in various roles, including choir member, Sunday school teacher, Junior Choir director, and accompanist, and I have been the Music Director for the past dozen or so years. God blessed me with a mother who had a deep love for music that she instilled in her children, as well as a Christian piano teacher who fostered my development as a church musician.
I am married to my husband of thirty five years, Richard, mother of two adult daughters, Jenna and Olivia, mother-in-law to Jay, and grandmother to our  granddaughter, Sloane and grandson, Beau. I work full-time as a social worker for Chautauqua County Hospice & Palliative Care.

Krista has lived in Panama and attended the Panama Methodist church her whole life. She has been employed as a School Counselor by both Clymer School District (1994-1997) and Falconer School District (1997-Present). Her daughter Natalie attends college at Alfred University and her other daughter Lilly, attends St. Bonaventure. Krista welcomed a Son-in-law August of 2022, and her first Grandchild, Ezra November 2023. Krista has served the church in numerous ways over the years including choir member, special music performer, VBS volunteer, Sunday school teacher, member of various committees, and currently as choir and praise team accompanist for many years. This church has always been an important part of her walk with Christ and music draws her close to his side both as a way to serve and worship.
